1. Parties and Subject
These terms govern the use of the service offered at comemorys.com by [Full Name / Company Name] ("Comemorys", "we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Description of the Service
Comemorys is a personal digital memory application that lets you record memories of your loved ones as audio, and store the transcribed text and photos on a per-person basis. The service is provided "as is".
3. Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters; we recommend not reusing a password from another service.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support@comemorys.com immediately.
4. Content You Upload
- The voice recordings, photos and texts you upload belong to you. We claim no ownership over them.
- We process your content solely to provide the service to you (to store it and show it back to you). We do not use your content for marketing, do not sell it to third parties, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
- By uploading audio, images or personal information belonging to others, you declare that you have obtained the necessary permissions.
- Content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or contains hate speech or harassment may not be uploaded.
5. Usage Limits
- A single audio recording may be at most 5 minutes and 25 MB; a single photo at most 10 MB.
- Up to 200 person records may be created per account.
- At most 3 accounts may be created per hour from the same IP address.
- Overloading the service with automated tools, attempting to bypass security measures, or attempting to access other users' data is prohibited.
6. Service Availability and Backups
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical faults or provider-related issues. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from data loss.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete My Account; this permanently deletes all of your data and cannot be undone.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Where possible, we will give notice beforehand.
8. Pricing
The service is currently provided free of charge. The donation address shown on the page is entirely voluntary; donating is not required for access to the service and grants no additional rights. If a paid plan is introduced in the future, existing users will be informed in advance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [City] have jurisdiction over any disputes. Your rights as a consumer are reserved.
